Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme, if you have other questions, please just send it to Rhonda@dluxehairsource.com
Virgin Hair is human hair that is in its natural state. With virgin hair there are no chemical changes or color, the hair has not been processed, and all cuticles are intact. Virgin hair is sometimes steamed processed to achieve the current curl pattern.
Raw hair is defined as hair that has NOT been processed by steam or chemicals in any way. 03
We recommend buying 2 bundles of hair for lengths 8"-16", 3 bundles for lengths 18"-22", and 4-5 bundles for anything longer. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight, the rule is: "The longer the hair, the shorter the weft." Raw hair is thicker and you generally only need 2-3 bundles for curly or wavy hair for a full install.
Our hair should last for a long time, however, the timeframe depends on how you take care of the hair. Our clients generally use the hair for 6 to 12 months with the proper care.
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in any way. You can color the hair, however, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized. If you do not know what you are doing, consult with your stylist or a professional.
Any hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimal shedding, which is absolutely normal. Minimal shedding (meaning the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume) is expected and proper maintenance is extremely important.
If you need to cut the wefts, you must seal the ends so that the hair will not shed from the cut end of the weft. 08
Treat this hair like it is your own. We recommend that you use a good clarifying shampoo and moisture rich conditioner. Conditioning your hair is very important to keeping it soft and manageable. We also recommend using a deep conditioner on your virging hair once every other week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
Yes, the curl pattern will return. However, please remember that the curl pattern is less likely to return with the excessive use of straightning it.
